For a charter bus running a full group to DEN or hauling students to a field trip, expect reclining seats, onboard restrooms, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Commerce City Party Buses Here
Finding group transportation in Commerce City has historically meant burning an hour calling different bus companies, describing your trip over and over, and then trying to compare quotes that never quite line up. Westminsterpartybuscompany.com cuts all of that out. Fill out one form, get options in under 30 seconds, and move forward with the vehicle that fits your group and your budget.
Through a network of bus companies serving your area, you get access to every vehicle type the Denver metro has to offer — not just whatever one company happens to have on the lot. That means you can match a Sprinter limo to a birthday night in LoDo, a full-size charter bus to a school trip to Rocky Mountain Arsenal, or a minibus to a corporate shuttle running between I-270 corridor offices and a Denver conference center.
Custom packages are available too — one-ways, round-trips, and multi-day arrangements all work through the quote process, whether you have a firm itinerary or just a date and a headcount. Call 720-687-3010 any time, or use the online tool to check pricing.
That’s the whole point of Westminsterpartybuscompany.com: group transportation in Commerce City shouldn’t require a project manager.
Party Bus Services in Commerce City
Westminsterpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find and compare transportation for any occasion across Commerce City and the Denver metro! From airport transfers and stadium runs to wedding shuttles, bachelorette parties, prom, concerts, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together, there’s a bus in the network ready for it.

Commerce City Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Denver International Airport (DEN) sits roughly 20 miles from the Commerce City center, accessible via I-270 east to Peña Boulevard. For a single traveler, that’s a manageable drive — but for a group of 20 or 30 people rolling in from different hotels along the I-270 corridor, juggling multiple rideshares while someone’s flight is delayed turns the whole thing into a logistics headache before the trip even starts.
A Commerce City airport shuttle through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com handles pickups across Adams County and drops your whole group at the right departure terminal in one coordinated move. On the arrival side, gather your full group and all luggage at the designated shuttle and rideshare pickup area on Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal before calling for the bus — DEN’s commercial vehicle zones move quickly, and timing is everything at one of the country’s busiest airports. Check the official DEN ground transportation page for current commercial vehicle pickup zones before you land.
The DEN group shuttle guide also walks through the full approach. Call 720-687-3010 to plan your airport transfer!

Commerce City Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Commerce City sits right at the top of Brighton Boulevard, which runs straight south into Denver’s RiNo Art District — arguably the Denver metro’s most concentrated stretch of bars, breweries, and rooftop venues per block. A Commerce City bachelorette night that takes Brighton Blvd south and works through RiNo covers a lot of ground: from Great Divide Brewing at 35th Street to Bierstadt Lagerhaus on Blake, to cocktail bars spilling into the Larimer Street and Walnut Street corridors.
The problem with driving that route yourself is obvious — RiNo has almost no free parking on Friday and Saturday nights, and rideshare pickup times surge past midnight with a big group split across multiple cars. A Commerce City bachelorette party bus through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com lets everyone stay together for a flat rate, with a built-in bar area and Bluetooth sound keeping the celebration going between stops. Keep the night running as late as the group wants without anyone watching a rideshare app.
Call 720-687-3010 to compare party bus options for your Commerce City night out!

Commerce City Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus pickup on a birthday or quinceañera is an entrance the guest of honor won’t forget. Adams County has a rich tradition of quinceañera celebrations, and birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available in black, white, and silver to match your color theme. Whether the celebration heads to a banquet venue in Commerce City, a dinner in downtown Denver, or a night out that starts in RiNo and works its way to a club in LoDo, you can request a route that fits your plan exactly.
For milestone adult birthdays hitting the Denver nightlife scene, a party bus replaces the logistical stress of coordinating multiple rideshares with a single, reliable pickup — and the bus itself becomes part of the celebration, with color-changing LEDs and a full-length bar setting the tone before the first stop. Westminsterpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare vehicle sizes and find what fits your guest count. Call 720-687-3010 or use the quote tool to see what’s available for your date!

Commerce City Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Dick’s Sporting Goods Park isn’t just a soccer stadium — it doubles as one of the Denver metro’s major outdoor concert venues, pulling big-name tours into Commerce City on a converted field layout that can seat 26,000. When a major show rolls through, Victory Way and the surrounding access roads get backed up fast and parking lots fill well before doors open. Arriving in a party bus means your group rolls in together, parks in a designated commercial zone, and walks to the gate without the lot-by-lot scramble.
For indoor shows, Ball Arena in downtown Denver is about 15 miles southwest via I-270 and I-25, and concert nights there see the same post-show rideshare surge that strands groups at Auraria Pkwy. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is about 40 miles from Commerce City via I-70 west — the canyon roads around the venue have no room for rideshare pickup coordination, and one party bus handles the whole crew for a flat rate. A Commerce City concert bus rental with a built-in bar and LED lighting keeps the energy up from Commerce City all the way to the first song. Call 720-687-3010 to compare options!

Commerce City Corporate Event Transportation
Commerce City’s position along the I-270 and I-76 corridors puts it squarely between Denver’s downtown business district and the growing Adams County industrial and logistics corridor. Corporate groups shuttling between offices on the north side of the metro and downtown Denver conference venues — or heading to Dick’s Sporting Goods Park for a company event — deal with I-270/I-25 merge congestion that can easily stretch a 15-minute drive into 45 minutes during the morning and evening peaks.
A Commerce City corporate event shuttle through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com replaces that caravan of rental cars with one coordinated bus, and you can build routes that run between multiple Commerce City and Denver stops. For company outings at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park’s event spaces or client dinners in RiNo, a minibus handles the group without anyone worrying about parking in a neighborhood where meters are aggressively enforced on weeknight evenings. Call 720-687-3010 to discuss corporate shuttle options for your Commerce City group!

Commerce City Private Event Transportation Services
A Commerce City private event charter bus works for any group occasion that doesn’t fit a standard category — family reunions, church retreats, club outings, birthday weekends, and everything in between. Commerce City groups often use private buses for day trips to Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge (where bus coordination for large groups needs advance planning with the refuge), for multi-stop outings that loop between Adams County and Denver, or for festival travel to events like Colorado Rapids playoff matches at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park where rideshare pickup zones are genuinely difficult to navigate after a sold-out crowd empties the stadium.
The appeal of a private bus over a rideshare caravan is straightforward: everyone travels together, the cost is one flat rate, and the itinerary runs on your schedule instead of an algorithm’s surge pricing. Use the Westminsterpartybuscompany.com quote tool to compare vehicle options for your group size, or call 720-687-3010 to talk through the details!

Commerce City Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Colorado clusters tightly into late April and May, and Adams County high schools — including Adams City High School and Prairie View High School — hold their proms within the same compressed window as schools across the entire Denver metro. That six-week stretch is when every party bus in the region gets claimed, and groups that wait until March or April to start looking are often left with limited availability and significantly higher rates.
If you are planning prom transportation for a Commerce City school: get started by December. A typical 6-hour prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop, venue drop-off, and after-party return — might run $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked several months early, but $2,800–$3,500 or more when booked within a few weeks of the date. Those are example figures, not a locked-in quote, but the gap is real and predictable.
Commerce City prom bus rentals through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com are easy to compare — different vehicle types, sizes, and amenity packages side by side. Call 720-687-3010 to get ahead of the rush!

Commerce City School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and event coordinators planning Commerce City school field trips will appreciate how fast it is to compare options on Westminsterpartybuscompany.com — one form, multiple bus types, pricing in seconds. The form covers logistics, group size, and timing, so it's easy to compare options without piecing it together from a website FAQ.
Commerce City students have some genuinely excellent field trip options close to home. Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge (6550 Gateway Rd, Commerce City, CO 80022) is literally within city limits — a 27-square-mile urban wildlife refuge with bison, bald eagles, white-tailed deer, and a visitor center designed for group visits. For the Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, or the Denver Zoo, a charter bus keeps the whole class together and cuts out the carpooling coordination that eats into chaperones’ planning time.
ADA-accessible buses are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 720-687-3010 to get started!

Commerce City Sporting Event Transportation
Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO 80022) is home to the Colorado Rapids, and the stadium hosts about 17 home MLS matches per season plus USMNT and USWNT matches, concerts, and Colorado high school state soccer championships. On a sold-out Rapids match — especially a U.S. national team game that fills the venue to its 26,000-person concert capacity — parking lots off Victory Way fill well before kickoff, and the post-match rideshare pickup queue in designated zones can stretch the departure process by 30-plus minutes.
A Commerce City sporting event bus through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com keeps your group coordinated for the whole run: one pickup, one arrival, and the bus waits nearby while your group is inside so the exit is already handled. For Broncos games at Empower Field at Mile High — about 15 miles southwest via I-76 and I-25 — or Rockies games at Coors Field, a party bus with a built-in bar turns the ride itself into part of the gameday experience. Call 720-687-3010 to compare options for your next Commerce City sports outing!

Commerce City Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Commerce City wedding shuttle keeps your guests on time and off the roads, whether your ceremony is at a venue in Adams County, a reception space in downtown Denver, or an event center along the I-76 corridor. Commerce City guests heading into Denver deal with the same I-270/I-25 merge congestion that every other metro-area wedding planner wrestles with — guests underestimating drive time, parking situations that aren’t clear until arrival day, and out-of-town family who have never navigated Colorado’s highway interchanges before.
A clean shuttle loop from your hotel block to the venue solves all of it. Nobody navigates unfamiliar roads after the reception, nobody misses a connection because they thought the drive was shorter than it was, and nobody has to worry about who’s the designated driver. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes a perfect bridal party vehicle for the wedding day itself. Westminsterpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in every detail up front — clear pickup windows, staged departures, and a single call to get the whole thing rolling.
Call 720-687-3010 to start planning your Commerce City wedding transportation!

Commerce City Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Brighton Boulevard is one of the Denver metro’s most direct corridors into craft brewery country — running straight from Commerce City south into RiNo, where Great Divide Brewing (1812 35th St, Denver, CO 80205), Bierstadt Lagerhaus (2875 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205), Black Shirt Brewing (3719 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205), and a dozen other taprooms sit within walking distance of each other. A Commerce City brewery crawl bus through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com takes Brighton Blvd south, drops your group at the first stop, and waits nearby so nobody has to worry about parking on a packed Friday night or how everyone gets home after the last round.
For groups wanting a longer run, Colorado wine country around Palisade is a full charter bus day trip west on I-70 — about four hours each way, but a comfortable overnight or long-weekend run for wine-focused groups who want to do it right. Your group stays together in a comfortable bus for every stop of the tour, sharing the experience rather than splitting into separate cars. Call 720-687-3010 to compare vehicle options and get a quick quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About Commerce City Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Westminsterpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. Submit the quote form to review pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options, and find what fits your group.
What is Westminsterpartybuscompany.com?
Westminsterpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation. It connects you with transportation providers serving Commerce City and the Denver metro area, so you can compare party buses, charter buses, and minibuses through one online form and find what fits your group and your budget.
How does Westminsterpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form, and you’ll see options from transportation providers in the Commerce City area. Compare vehicle pictures, amenities, and estimated prices in one place without calling individual companies. Westminsterpartybuscompany.com does not own or operate any of the vehicles shown.
How much does a party bus cost in Commerce City?
Pricing in Commerce City varies by vehicle size, your date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: 15-to-20-passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20-to-30-passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35-to-50-passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. The fastest way to get an accurate number for your specific trip is to call 720-687-3010 or use the online quote tool — all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds.
Check the party bus prices page to learn more.
Where do buses park at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park?
Parking and access logistics at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO 80022) can vary by event type — a Colorado Rapids regular-season match handles traffic differently than a sold-out concert or a USMNT match with the stadium expanded to 26,000. Check the official Dick’s Sporting Goods Park visitor page before your event for current parking lot assignments and any access road restrictions. Coordinating your bus’s approach in advance is always the move for a sold-out event at Victory Way.
How does a group get picked up at Denver International Airport?
After collecting luggage on Level 1, DEN pickups happen at the shuttle and rideshare islands on Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal. Have your full group assembled with all luggage before calling for the bus — the commercial vehicle zones at DEN keep things moving, and the bus can’t sit and wait while passengers are still clearing claim. Check the official DEN ground transportation page for current pickup lane assignments.
The DEN group shuttle guide also covers what to expect on arrival.
When is the busiest period for party bus rentals in Commerce City?
Two windows consistently drive the most demand across the Denver metro: prom season (late April–May), when every school district holds its event in the same 6-week window, and Colorado Rapids playoff runs combined with Broncos home season (September–January). Colorado State high school championship events at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and major concerts at Red Rocks in summer also pull heavily from the local bus supply. If your trip falls into any of these windows, book 3–6 months out to secure the vehicle type you want at a reasonable rate.
Popular Commerce City Party Bus Destinations
Commerce City has its own major draws — and sits at the edge of everything Denver has to offer. The destinations below are where Commerce City groups actually go, with the specific logistics you need to plan around before your trip.

Dick’s Sporting Goods Park
The home of the Colorado Rapids since 2007, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO 80022) holds 18,061 fans for Rapids matches and expands to 26,000 for concerts and national team events — making it one of the largest outdoor event venues in the metro. On sold-out nights, Victory Way and the connecting roads off I-270 back up significantly in the hour before kickoff and during the post-event exodus. Rideshare pickup zones get congested as thousands of fans try to leave simultaneously.
A party bus means one coordinated arrival and departure for your whole group, with no one hunting a lot or waiting 30 minutes for a surge-priced car. For current lot assignments and access road information on your specific event date, check the official venue plan-your-visit page before you head out.
Address: 6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO 80022

Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge
One of the most unusual urban wildlife refuges in the country sits entirely within Commerce City limits. Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge (6550 Gateway Rd, Commerce City, CO 80022) covers 27 square miles — formerly a chemical weapons manufacturing site, now home to a resident bison herd, bald eagles, white-tailed deer, prairie dogs, and coyotes. The Visitor Center offers group tours by advance reservation, and the 11-mile Wildlife Drive is a popular self-guided auto tour route.
For large groups arriving by bus, advance coordination with the refuge’s visitor services team is required — check the official USFWS refuge visitor page for group access details before your visit. It’s one of the most memorable field trip and private outing destinations in the metro, and it’s literally in Commerce City’s backyard.
Address: 6550 Gateway Rd, Commerce City, CO 80022 Phone: (303) 289-0930

Denver International Airport (DEN)
Denver International Airport (8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249) is one of the busiest airports in North America and a major group travel hub for Commerce City visitors and residents alike. DEN sits about 20 miles from the Commerce City center via I-270 east to Peña Boulevard. The terminal is massive — Concourses A, B, and C are connected by an underground train — and groups arriving from multiple terminals before a cruise, a flight, or a group event can spend significant time sorting out the meet-up.
A Commerce City airport shuttle through Westminsterpartybuscompany.com simplifies the whole process: one vehicle, one schedule, and a single drop at the curbside departure zone. For commercial vehicle pickup zones on Level 5, check the official DEN ground transportation page. The DEN shuttle guide has full approach details.
Address: 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249 Phone: (303) 342-2000

Buffalo Run Golf Course
Buffalo Run Golf Course (15700 E 112th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022) is a highly regarded public 18-hole course set against a backdrop of open prairie with views of the Front Range. The course is a popular destination for corporate golf outings, charity tournaments, and group rounds where coordinating transportation for 20-plus players across multiple vehicles is a real logistical challenge — golf bags and gear don’t exactly fit in a rideshare. A minibus or charter bus running your golf group from a Denver hotel or a Commerce City meeting point directly to the clubhouse means everyone arrives at the same time and nobody has to play shuttle coordinator.
The course’s driving range and full-service clubhouse make it a natural anchor for a half-day corporate event followed by dinner back in Denver. Check the official Buffalo Run Golf Course page for tee time reservations and current access information.

Empower Field at Mile High
Empower Field at Mile High (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204) is about 15 miles southwest of Commerce City via I-76 south and I-25, and it’s one of the most logistically complicated game-day destinations in the metro for groups who try to drive themselves. The Broncos draw 76,000 fans per home game, surface lots surrounding the stadium charge $40–$60 on peak dates and fill up hours before kickoff, and the post-game walk from the stadium back to your car through heavy pedestrian traffic is the kind of experience that turns even die-hard fans off of driving. A charter bus from Commerce City to Empower Field changes all of that: one vehicle, designated commercial drop-off near the gate, and the bus waits nearby while your group is inside.
Check current parking and commercial vehicle guidance on the official Empower Field parking page before your game date.
Address: 1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204 Phone: (720) 258-3333

Barr Lake State Park
Barr Lake State Park (13401 Picadilly Rd, Brighton, CO 80603) sits about 10 miles northeast of Commerce City on the edge of Adams County and is a top birdwatching and nature destination on the Front Range — home to nesting bald eagles, great blue herons, white pelicans, and more than 350 recorded bird species across a 1,900-acre reservoir. The park draws large school groups, birding clubs, photography workshops, and family reunion outings throughout the year. For groups of 20 or more, arriving by bus is more practical than parking a row of cars in the limited lot off Picadilly Road.
The park entrance is accessible via Brighton Boulevard northeast from Commerce City without getting onto the congested I-76/I-270 interchange. Check the official Colorado Parks & Wildlife page for group visit information and current park hours.
